        This contract is for the supply and delivery of office supplies relating to paper (including A4 and A3 paper for printers and copiers, envelopes, etc.), writing, filing and organisation, packaging, customised products, consumables computer supplies, and small miscellaneous supplies such as, for example, stamps, light bulbs, desk pads, etc.

        The following non-exhaustive list of services are also included:

        — provision and updating of a computerised system (management of catalogues, order placing, budgetary control, paper and electronic invoicing, statistics, etc.) on the basis of indications from the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union,

        — training of authorised GSC personnel in the electronic ordering system and/or any other system related to invoicing and/or statistics,

        — supply and updating of the tariff documentation of the various catalogues,

        — after-sales service.

        Additional services of a similar type not explicitly provided for above may be carried out by mutual agreement.
